I am currently a Product Designer for a company called PM&J, LLC. Within this position, I design, sketch, do fabric/material development, spec, and communicate with the China manufacturing team as well as retailers. The products I work on are for pets (beds, apparel, collars/leashes/harnesses, toys, travel, etc.) and home soft-goods and soft furniture. I have been named the pet wear expert within the company, so my primary focus is pet apparel and collars/leashes/harnesses.
In 2021 and 2022, Chewy expanded their Frisco brand for collars/leashes/harnesses and apparel. I worked very closely with the Sourcing Manager at Chewy for CLH, which resulted in business with the Sourcing Manager for apparel as well. The Frisco Outdoor line became one of the main reasons I fell in love with the technicality and function of harnesses, and why I became the PM&J pet wear expert. The purpose is for trend-forward design and the ability to perform. This is just a brief look at the hundred of SKU's that came along with these programs.

Rumpus Jumpus is a PM&J private brand, and this project involves a Unicorn bean bag chair in a classic silhouette. I created this 3D render using CLO. While PM&J is primarily a private label vendor, they have private brands to expand offerings to retailers that rely on sell-sheets.
This chair would be filled with Polyestyrene beans in a domestic setting.

This project is called the Trek Series, designed for PM&J's brand, Kenwood & Co. which is a trend-forward pet brand. I owned this project from start to finish with trend and product research, product design & development, sketching, spec'ing, and fine-tuning.
The Trek Series is for 2025, and focuses on an athleisure direction for adventure dog items, gravitating to a trendy customer. There are many items within this assortment for all aspects of adventure. Jackets and harnesses are tailored for a BEST-category, inclusive fit; collars, leashes, tie-outs maintain the greatest features for function and comfort; and travel items are meant for both the pet and pet owner.
Stay tuned for sample images and fit perfection.

A line made for and presented to Target for adults with sensory sensitivities, anxiety, stress, and any other disorders which produce anxiety symptoms, including Autism. Adaptable clothing featuring weight and compression elements. Accomplished with quilting with weighted beads, extra long drawstrings, zippers, and other details for sensory relief. Compression emphasis around the waist, and extra soft cotton blend fabrics.
This was a project designed for Target, through one of my undergrad courses, as a Senior in the Apparel Design Program. Given the white space in readily adapted weighted and compression products for adults in everyday use; this is how Raiden by A New Day was formed. Raiden is a female name which means ‘rainfall’. The mood for this line is inspired by soothing and calming aesthetic and perception; which ‘rainfall’ accurately represents. With Raiden, reducing the stigma between those with mental health and those without is an integral part. A few interview respondents have stated that they would like society to talk about mental health more than we do now. Keeping this in mind, designing for the everyday life of people with anxiety and similar disorders is Raiden’s adaptive clothing proposal; however, the clothing within Raiden would not necessarily need to only be for those suffering the worst of anxiety. This could also be helpful for those with average daily stress, and thus be a form of universal design.

Bananas and Cream displays a high fashion interpretation of beetles and similar bugs that exude intricate structures, colors, and patterns that are not traditionally viewed as beautiful. The concept for the line drew through the travels and experiences that have opened my eyes to all unordinary beauties. Exhibited in shaped textiles which interpret shells, wings, and bodies of different insects; this collection is built for women with bold personalities who are looking to be seen in a different light to the world. The overall goal was to design and construct something that hasn't been made before to help provoke inspiration in others to create artwork of their own. The title for the line was chosen because of the uniqueness of the line itself. It somewhat represents what the garments look like as a whole with their pastel colors; but also, certain bugs have been known to hide inside of bananas, so the line as "Bananas and Cream" is a play on the tasty, fun, and different likeness of the collection.
